A federal judge has ruled in favor of Butler, Fayette, Greene and Washington counties in a lawsuit against Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's and his cross-dressing Health Secretary, Rachel Levine's shutdown orders which forced all "non-life-sustaining" businesses to close and limited social gatherings unconstitutional.
