Okay, here's the legal mumbo jumbo. We know that the vast majority of our supporters act in good faith, but we still have to publish the legal stuff to cover our bases. So here it is:

Terms of Service for The Dissenter, The DISNTR, and disntr.com
Welcome to The Dissenter, The DISNTR, and disntr.com. By using our website, accessing our materials, or engaging with our community, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms define the legal relationship between you (the user, reader, member, or donor) and the owner of The Dissenter, The DISNTR, and disntr.com (referred to hereafter as "we," "us," or "our").
Acceptance of Terms: Your use of our website and materials constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service and establishes a binding legal agreement between you and us. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or materials.
Gratuitous Contributions: Any donations, subscriptions, or memberships you make to The Dissenter, The DISNTR, or disntr.com are voluntary and gratuitous. These contributions do not grant you any ownership rights over our materials or influence over the publication of any content. All contributions are appreciated as support for the continuation of our work and mission.
Dispute Resolution: We expect you to settle any disputes or concerns directly and cordially by contacting the owner at info@disntr.com. We encourage open communication and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. You agree that reaching out to us directly is your first course of action in the event of any disagreement or issue.
Bad Faith Actions: Any attempt to resolve a dispute outside the agreed-upon terms, including but not limited to legal action or public disparagement without first seeking resolution through direct communication with us, will be considered an action in bad faith. Engaging in bad faith actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership, subscription, or any other relationship you have with The Dissenter, The DISNTR, or disntr.com.
Chargebacks and Financial Disputes: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us constitutes an action in bad faith. We reserve the right to contest such chargebacks and consider them grounds for immediate termination of any memberships or subscriptions.
Cancelation and Refund Policy: The Dissenter, The DISNTR, and disntr.com generally do not offer refunds. Refunds may be considered under extenuating circumstances and are determined on a case-by-case basis. Should you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us directly at info@disntr.com, providing a detailed explanation of your request. Cancelation of your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription term. Upon cancelation, access to your subscription benefits will continue until the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle, whether that be the end of the month for monthly subscriptions or the end of the year for annual subscriptions.
By using The Dissenter, The DISNTR, or disntr.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your continued use of our services affirms your agreement to these terms and any future modifications made to them. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice, so please review them periodically.
