Perhaps some entries on the 2026 Shepherds Conference speakers is in order. It is so disappointing to see wokeists being platformed there. What in the world is going on? (2 Thessalonians 2:3?) My hope is that they are coming back (for the first time since the incident in 2019) to express public repentance of the wicked racialism, social justice/marxist false gospel, and the work they have done in service to the devil masquerading as an angel light (2 Cor 11:14), but I won't hold my breath.
Does anyone know about Glen Scrivener? He has a YouTube channel called 321 and also hosts Speak Life. Our youth group attended an event in Perth where he was the speaker. I haven't found anything online that contradicts his teachings, but I'm always skeptical and don't take anyone at face value. The Bible clearly instructs us to test all things and be like the Bereans, examining everything against Scripture to see if what they preach is true.
They say he emphasises evangelism and speaks a lot about who Jesus is, which is great. However, I feel like something is missing. While it’s true that Jesus is all you need (actually, He is all we've got), there seems to be little focus on the seriousness of sin—that it is exceedingly sinful and should appeal to our conscience. which is missing when Glen talks to the lost.. I don't know, maybe I've got it wrong.. but in his second or third episode on his 321 YouTube channel, he included "the Eucharist" when talking about communion, which then includes Catholics..
