The world, particularly, the United States, has been conditioned to believe that racism stems from a virtually eradicated "white supremacy." The fact remains, however, that racism does not actually discriminate and isn't rampant within systems, institutions, or any particular ethnicity -- racism exists in many forms across all classes and ethnicities.
