A recent report from Crime Informer reveals that Andrew Erickson, the pastor of Travis Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested on March 3rd, 2023. The report states that Erickson was booked into the Tarrant County Jail for suspicion of unlawful carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.

According to the report, Erickson's bail has been set at $2250, and he has a presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. This means that although he was arrested, the burden of proof lies with the prosecution to prove each element of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt.

The news of Andrew Erickson's arrest has shocked many in the community, especially since he is the pastor of a church where the former Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary president, Adam Greenway, attends.
