New Security Footage Shows George Floyd High and Acting Erratically Inside Store

New security footage that was released in court today in the George Floyd murder trial of Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin shows what appears to be George Floyd high and acting erratically as he attempts to hand counterfeit money to the store clerk.
