God is Sovereign Over Weather and His Glory is Now on Display

Hurricane Milton has unleashed a staggering display of power, spawning over 130 tornadoes in just a few hours, and is leaving a trail of destruction across Florida. This relentless storm has shattered records and caused untold devastation.

Just listen to the sound of this tornado—it’s freakish.

Yet, the violent winds of such a storm, the chaotic path of a tornado—each of these natural forces should remind us of God's undeniable sovereignty over creation. As devastating as these events can be, they also reveal the majesty of the Creator who spoke the world into existence and controls every storm.

Scripture reminds us that even the winds and the waves obey His command (Mark 4:41). Though man may be able to tamper with, alter, or molest them, these weather patterns are not random acts of nature—they are a display of God's might and a call for us to recognize His power over all things.
