I heard another sermon this week. Different voice. Same script.
Mike Kelsey—David Platt’s co-pastor at McLean Bible Church—is now calling Christians to “stand at the front of the line” for LGBTQ dignity, especially for “transgender” people. A few years back, JD Greear said the same thing almost word for word—that Christians should be “among the fiercest advocates for the dignity and rights of LGBTQ people.”
And then again, another pastor who is associated with Matt Chandler’s Acts 29 Church Network preached a nearly identical sermon, calling on Christians to stand up for LGBTQ rights.
It’s not coincidence. It’s choreography. Watch:
