BLM Rioter Hit in the Groin By Rubber Bullet, Falls Down Screaming

Talk about hitting them where it hurts. A Black Lives Matter terrorist in Lancaster, PA was hit by a rubber impact munition last night by a police officer as he was rioting and refusing to follow dispersal commands.

Impact munitions are a less-lethal form of riot control. But we can see here, plainly, that they can be effective. Watch.
